SCREENPRINTING GUIDELINES
Written approval is required for a less than minimum order.
MIDWEST GRAPHICS ORDER MINIMUMS:
1-2 Color - 24-pieces/per design
3-4 Color - 24-pieces/per design
5-6 Color - 24-pieces/per design
SCREEN CHARGE:
A $10.00 screen charge is applied per
color to be printed on orders less than 24 pieces.
SHIPPING:
All pricing is quoted F.O.B point of delivery. Please specify
mode of shipment desired. If no specific shipping instructions
are given we will select the most economical method of transit.
All UPS and truck shipments will be prepaid and added
to the invoice during billing.
EXPRESS SERVICES:
We will accommodate customers who need products quickly but agree that they must be willing to
pay for the express services involved. Therefore, the use of Overnight Express Services such as
Federal Express, Airborne Express, etc. is governed by the following policies:
The cost for Express Mail to send any document from MGI Inc, to a supplier to meet a rush date
will be charged to the order involved. These charges will be billed under the shipping and
handling area on the invoices.
SHORTAGES AND OVERRUNS:
In our industry, it is often impossible to manufacture the exact
quantity desired so normal procedure under terms of the
contract is to ship within 10% plus or minus.
Only the quantity actually shipped is billed with a pro-rata
price adjustment. Accordingly, if an order is shipped short,
billing covers only the amount shipped. If an order is shipped
over, billing covers total quantity shipped.
INK STANDARDS:
Kid N Me Sportswear is in compliance with the CPSIA lead
and phthalate standards. Our garment manufacturers have
been certified through independent testing laboratories as
compliant with the new regulations. The Kid N Me screen-print
production facility has converted to CPSIA, California Assembly
Bill 1108 and Oeko-Tex 100 compliant non-phthalate inks on all Newborn and Organic garments.

EMBROIDERY GUIDELINES
Please note that it is easier to have artwork that is provided
for our embroidery department to be embroidered or digitized.
If MGI creates artwork for you, It is imperative that the artwork
is approved prior to digitizing. It is much easier to change
artwork instead of having the art re-digitized.

Embroidery Digitizing Charge:
- $12.00/1000 stitches for catalog orders after 6,000 stitches
- $12.00/1000 stitches on non-catalog orders with a $60 minimum
Personalization - $.60/1000 stitches or a $10 minimum
Digitizing Edit - $12.00
